I got some chicks today!

They're a week old and they're all Auracauna/Dominique mixes. I'll get individual pics tomorrow.

Is this a normal way for them to sleep or do they look too hot? I moved the lamp a little further away just in case

Babies sleep a LOT! Looks normal to me. If they are too hot they will be panting. How about laying a small thermometer on the floor to find out what the temp is?

The temp was around 90 I just thought they were laying wierd. I just changed their paper towels and after they calmed down they ate a little and them laid back down. I guess they're ok. I guess I'm just worried over nothing.
