I had to separate and cage my ducks

Yeah well I didn’t and I have two drakes , I’m not killing them so eventually I’ll add more females and build them their own space I guess
For now is one drake with one female duck ok caged up ? Or should I separate them?

Just based on the math, I'd think about putting the drakes together in one cage and the hens together in another. The drakes are already aggressive toward the chickens, you don't want them taking that out on your duck hens. Ideally you should put the hens together and the drakes in a situation where they can see each other but not physically interact (AKA fight). Although if it did turn into drake Thunderdome that'd one way to determine which drake to keep.

Yes but I see your ducks and chickens are together , your drakes haven’t mated with your hens? They hurt two of my hens so far

Thank goodness my Saxony drakes are absolutely TERRIFIED of my 3 big red hens. I did have 1 very aggressive Pekin drake that tried to get close once and never forgot it ❣️.
