To clarify-
I am not saying the seller can gaurantee fertility, just that there is some gaurantee for the basis or expectation of fertility.
ie-
good rooster to hen ratio (seller responsibility),
good hatches by the seller (seller responsibility,
other happy customers (seller record-keeping responsibility),
most of the eggs at least STARTED to develop (buyer record-keeping responsibility).
As for shipping eggs---that is a gamble the buyer must take. If you are goign to buy, make sure you get enough eggs to cover shipping losses, an occasional infertile egg, and incubation die-offs.
