I have 10 chickens and 4 of those are losing feathers in the front I'm assuming the others are picking on them and pulling their feathers what should

I have 10 chickens 4 of them are losing feathers in the front there are other chickens picking on them and pulling their feathers out what would cause this as this and what can I do?

They have a 8 by 6 house with 3 beds in it and a 8x16 attached walk out thats covered?
