Look at their necks, roos have redder necks then hens. You could also flip it over and see if there are feathers on the underside. Roos have a lack of feathers on their underside. That's the best way to tell.

Just looked on their belly chest area .they have their feathers just none on their necks.their necks are not very red light pinkish in color on both.

hmm then they might both be hens.
