I have 4 Salmon Faverolles, two larger hens and two smaller. All same age but it this one a Rooster? Could they be Bantam?

I think I see 2 roosters. None of them are bantams.

these two are both smaller than others but are the same size and haven’t grown near as fast. One is suspected rooster. Other should be a hen but she’s been getting bullied.

I agree that one is a rooster
