I have a bread machine and a zillion types of flours, grains, and seeds. Recently I've made Polish beer/rye Bread, light fluffy dinner rolls, sweet pumpkin bread, and dark wheat fig bread.

I also have the place to myself and ALL DAY to kill.

What should I make?? Give me your offbeat, wacky, tasty, interesting bread machine recipes!

I seem to remember my grandmother using pineapple juice in her bread machine instead of water and making Hawiian bread. She also used alot of pre-pkgd. stuff too. Good luck to your day-to-yourself!

I LOVE these Cinnamon Rolls. So easy and SOOOO yummy!! Sometimes I make a batch all the way through rolling them... then I cut a dozen, put them in a buttered 9x13 casserole dish, cover it and put it in the freezer (unbaked). Then the night before we want them I take them out of the freezer and set them on the counter to defrost. The next morning I put them in the oven as soon as I turn it on. Once the oven reaches the correct temp I start my timer.. or just keep a close eye on them.

If you think they'll be defrosting on the counter longer than 6-8 hours then just defrost them in the fridge instead.
