I have a couple pick ups and my job to sell them/I need your advice.

Lay a price on the people. You're the seller.

I will assume you are holding clear titles. If not, be certain
to make that very plain from the beginning...that you are
selling these units for a third party.

But the owner wants $1200.00 for the 1984 Cheverolet? Give
yourself a prifit margin and work it from there. Say, add 20% for
yourself. Makes the price $1440.

Go from that point. Anything less comes from your margin UNLESS
you discuss the issue with the owner. Will the owner take anything
less? $1100, say?

Make it worth your while.

The Mack...try it but I would say a lost cause.

The GMC is defenitely worth something, the 350 motor is pretty reliable and plenty of cheap parts avail. The '73-'87 GM trucks are known for having a wide range of parts etc. The Mack I would put up for scrap, they're expensive to repair (I've seen used Mack motors going for 10-13K compared to 4-5K for Detroit/CAT diesels) and probably not worth the trouble.

I don't have permission to sell for any less then $1300.00 at this point. Have not even been 24 hours though since I first listed them.

Did you see the thread on the 70 cougar I have?

Someone told me "haha good luck" and another person said to "stop posting that rust bucket everyday". Both of these comments today in different cities.

Yep, I did see the thread on the '70 Cougar. I am a car guy and love browsing CL & Ebay for cars etc. My current interests are Corvettes of any era and old trucks.

I have sold stuff on CL before and have gotten not-so-nice and (very) weird emails from time to time.
