"Harriet" is a Henry. A totally, 100% male chicken. Sometimes hens crow too, but usually they don't. Definitely not "gynandromorphic".

You should look on Craigslist. A lot of good roos on there that people can't keep because of laws or neighbours...it's likely that you can find one near you. Or, if you know people near you with chickens, ask if they'll sell you a rooster or cockerel.

Well it is official! You are all right. In this last week apparently they have "matured" and the boys are all starting to bicker and chase my two girlies around! Looks like I have at least 3 Roosters to get rid of. We have chicks too and are thinking/hoping that we have 2 roosters in our chicks. One SFH and one Cream Legbar. Thanks to all of you for your wisdom!

We had a rooster that looked EXACTLY like that! Especially in the second pic. The resemblance is uncanny.
