i have a injured 2 1/2 month old chick

i have a injured 2 1/2 month old chick she was fine one night the next morning i came out and she was laying on her side not able to move i have her inside in her own box shes eating and drinking and pooing but cant stand up but can move a little bit what could have happened

Chickens are super fast healers and usually do fine in a dark quiet place where they can heal. As long as she is eating and drinking and Poo'ing I would keep doing what your doing Just keep an eye on her.
