How's the messy butt doing today? From your pic, I don't think it looks like anything seriously wrong. Maybe a dab of triple antibiotic wouldn't hurt.

I'm not great with mixed breed identification. Will have to look back at your possible combos.

Oh...48 hours is usually about normal from first actual hatch to last full hatch. But they can take a little longer. You can candle some that haven't pipped when you pull more chicks.

The odd butt chick looks like it may have a fistula. Time will tell. It will either straighten out, or it may need to be culled. Congrats on your ongoing hatch.

When I get home this afternoon it will be 48 hours. I think I'll pull the ladt 2 chicks and candle the rest. That will give be 10 babies and 2 RIP so 19 unknown.
