I have a problem...

If you're saying you've got three year old chickens that have NEVER laid an egg, there's something seriously wrong. Even the poorest laying purebred fancy showbirds should still lay some eggs every now and then. Are you feeding them a suitable diet? What breeds are they? The only reasonable explanation I can think of would be if they were all constantly broody. They're not Silkies by any chance, are they?

Well i'm not sure what they're past life was like. I'm sure they laid eggs before I got them. I'm feeding them layer feed. They free range somtimes. I have 2 Butter Cups, 2 Gold Stars, 3 Barred Rocks, 2 Orpintons, 1 Rhode Island red, and 1 Cornish Bantam.

I wasn't being to clear. The orps where laying during the Winter. Then they stoped when spring came. The Butter Cups where laying this Summer. Then they stopped laying.
