I have a problem

So I have a black sex link that is 6 weeks old and ready to go outside she is fully feathered and outgrowing her brooder, but I have 3 others that are only 4 weeks old and still need head feathers, so they cannot go out full time, it still gets in the 20's at night. I am afraid to put the older one out by herself because she may get lonely and just want the other chicks. Do you think it would be alright to put her out or should I wait until the others are fully feathered.

If it was me, I'd wait. Better to keep her with the others so she doesn't get cold and lonely.

I agree with the above advice! Plus they all know each other now and this way you won't have to re-introduce them.
