I have a problem

So I read the rules for posting on the sale section and it said minimum 20 posts to post. I have 21 I think and everytime I hit the Create a new classified button it still tells me this:
You are not allowed to post classifieds. Please check the forum rules for more information.

:/ I'm not sure what's wrong or if the forum rules on that section are even correctly updated to show what the forum settings for that section are.

Any suggestions? There's a rooster that we can no longer keep and we need to either rehome or sell him. We live in the North Hollywood area.

Odd, when I hit 24 or 25 posts it suddenly allowed me to post my ad. You can lock this now or something. Thank you for reading.
