One lady i watched online collect from her chicken roo, she used a spoon, the spoon she poured the sperm on, and then she put the roo away and brought out the hen she wanted to AI to. She flipped the hen over to show her vent and poured the sperm on the hens vent. Hens (i can attest to this) will litterally move their vent when they feel that, and it will kind of almost suck the sperm into her vent. I think the lady said she holds the hen that way for a minute or two until she's sure that it's all in there and then she lets her go

well I just attempted it and...maybe I'm doing it wrong but they male gave me NOTHING!!

Any ideas how to get him to function correctly?
