I have got some questions about two of my hens.

Ok I've now checked my black chicken's crop, when I let them out. Her crop is full.

It sounds like she is having some crop issues then. This would explain some of the "drooling" you are seeing. Crop issues can be a symptom of an underlying condition like Cocci, worms and sometimes internal laying/reproductive disorders.

Does she have a sour/stinky odor to her breath?

Provide her with plenty of fresh clean water, see that she has access to some type of grit (crushed granite, course sand, small rock/stones), give wet feed only and eliminate treats like corn, scratch, seeds, bread, etc. for a few days. For treats you can give some yogurt and some hard boiled egg if you like. What you are doing is giving only things that are easier to process at this time.

You need to determine the reason why she's having a full crop in the morning (sour crop, impacted crop, etc.) Here's an article that will help you figure that out and treatment options:

I have now given my chickens some chicken grit, to help the black chicken's crop. I looked later in the day she had not used the grit. My mom and brother have both had a look at her and they both say that she is very fin.

My brother has just put some water down her beak and I have massaged the crop to make her sick to clean out her crop, but thing come out of her beak. Her crop is very full.

After trying again for the second time to make her sick. I noticed that she has two lumps in the crop and before the crop full of chicken pellets, which wont break up.

Did you read the article I linked for you in it's entirety?

You need to be extremely careful when trying to vomit a chicken, they can choke to death.

Checking the crop during the day will not be beneficial - she has been eating/drinking.
If you can separate her for overnight that may help you to determine whether the crop has emptied by morning. Let her eat/drink normally, then cage her - no food/water in the cage. Check her first thing before she has had anything to eat/drink. If the crop is still full, then read the article. Determine the cause of her full crop - does her breath smell, is it hard, squishy, etc.

Yes I did read it and I also found a video on it too.

I only have two hens in the chicken house, her and one other hen. I don't think cage, with no food and water, will works as she is all bone.

I'll check her crop tomorrow when I let them out. The crop and another lump is full chicken pellets.

unfortunately my black hen is not go to make, she is very weak from not eating and drinking and very sleepy. The lump in her corp has not move since yesterday, I think the second lump may have gone.

Because she was very weak and very sleepy ,sadly the decision was made to put her down. Thank you to everyone that helped.
