I have new chicks! Come follow as they grow.

They are adapting wonderfully to outdoor life, they were looking at the adults curiously but one of my 25 week old pullets isn't to happy about them, she has been pacing and trying to peck them through the wire. They don't care though 🤷. I renamed spice, her new name is Lily. She is getting beautiful light Grey tail feathers now.:jumpy

Wonderful!

So they have decided that they only want to sleep in the run, I tried putting them in the coop but they were scared and kept trying to get out so I let them sleep in the couner of the run. It's completely predator proof and I don't close coop doors at night anyway so they can sleep outside. When they merge with the adults they'll be taught by my rooster 🐓 👌 🙂

Maybe they would like it better if you fed them in the coop?
