Ugh lucky just got her first boo boo and it figures I don't have any first aid stuff here at the lake. She jumped over a board and looks like she caught her nail. I saw a couple tiny dots of blood on the floor and quickly dabbed it with paper towel. It seems to have stopped on its own I'm just hoping it stays like that. We will be going to the drug store today for emergency supplies for here. You will all be proud I didn't freak out and call an ambulance lol.

Ok now I'm panicking because it appears that the nail broke at right at the toe and I don't know what to do now. She is on my lap and I was able to get a better look at it. It's hanging off holy crap help

The nail totally came off. But there was only the tiniest dot of blood after like a pen point. I'm just afraid is she touches it that it might bleed again and should I put anything on it to clean it

my quail lost his toe when he was about 2 years old and it took 2 years to grow a little back!
