That is so sweet!

I wanted to surprise my best friend once for her birthday. We work in a machine shop, and I asked the boss if I cold stay late and decorate her office. We blew up hundreds of balloons with the air compressor, put them in a trash bag, and took them to her office to fill it up with balloons......

BAD IDEA!!!! When we took those balloons out of the trash bag to put in her office, they popped, the minute they touched any surface. We were able to get about 75 or so to not pop when we put them in there. The next day, when she opened her office door, about 10 popped just from the disturbance in the air. She spent that birthday traumatized by random popping. She said it felt like she worked in a war zone.

Don't do that.

Happy birthday Boyd!! That was great of her to do!! So glad you apperciate.. I think the watching what was that 14 kids under the age of 10 counts.. My hubby would never do that...

I like the idea of getting wherever she's going for drinks to surprise her and sing happy birthday.. But if their going for drinks, she may not want to babysit a cake... I think if you know where their going what about asking them to bring over shooters and sing happy birthday... Ooohhh, if they were just planing on drinks after diner at home, what about surprizing her, to go have diner with friends well you feed all 14 yourself!! Get her friend/sister in on it... To show up early and wisk her off to her favorite resturant.. Well you do all the cooking and cleaning up of super for all the kiddies (Or order pizza or frozen pizza) And Not too sure where you live but make them eat outside, with paper plates.. lol
