I have to talk POLISH!

The crest is round like a hen, and I don't see rooster saddle feathers or tail feathers. At 3 months you should be seeing those distinctive feathers on a roo. Quite a few of the hens do have wattles.

I just checked and her hatch date is Apr 5. She/he is 11 weeks. One time I look and see her and the next I see him!!

Maybe this will help. The one looking at you is a young hen, look at the saddle feathers of the little roo that's walking out of the picture. They were about 12 weeks here. He was just growing in his tail.

Just wanted to show off my Buff Laced Polish. She is the smallest in my flock, but gets along well with the rest of the hens.

She is 17 weeks old. At what age do Polish typically start laying?

Very pretty girl. I have found that Polish seem to lay a lot later then other breeds. Just my observation with the polish I have raised over the years.

Joining the Polish lovers! I got 5 GL "pullets" about a week ago. Not so sure 1 is a pullet still. LOVE them!!!! The most adorable things ever! I have no idea how old they r. Lol I got them at a feed store. I've always wanted some, so when I saw them, I just grabbed and employee without even thinking to ask. Guess we better get to building a new pen! :D
