Nice corral also with the big tree in the center for shade and to run for cover. Do your birds fly up into the tree ?

I built the pen a few months ago. I just have to put up the "Polish Town" sign.

Such beauties. Is that a Mottled Polish I see, or is it a Houdan? I want to get me a few Houdans.

Go to the Tolbunt thread, there are a few good breeders offering good quality eggs there.

Just hatched my first Chipmunk marked Crele Laced Polish chick yesterday. Up until this generation, the chicks from my project have hatched out a mousy brown with a grey under coat. I am also thrilled that it does not appear to have white in its crest. Also a first.

Do you have any pictures of that mix. I am thinking of using silver spangled hamburgs in a mix that will continue their productivity and good foraging with a little dash of friendliness. I have a young gold laced polish rooster, who thinks his sole purpose is to be held by the person who feeds him. I am think one day in an environment with less rooster crowing he may discover his other purpose.

Here is the Polish Hamburg. I am finding the hens and buff and the boys are white.
