My buff laced roo! He is hatchery stock. These are my first chickens and he is an accidental rooster. Is he worth breeding too at all?? I think he is handsome but I am curious as to what the standard is and off he would be from breed standards?

These chicks came from an "assorted polish" bin at the local feed store. Does anybody know what colors they will turn out? I know they buy their chicks from Ideal. Thanks!

When I got mine I just used the video from mcmurrays where they have the different chicks to I d them. I got a white one and a black with a white cap.

That wild hairdo and those hackles show that you have got yourself a male. Sorry, a pullet would have a nice rounded cap like bonnet
