Is my buff laced rooster show quality?

The tail set is too high, it should be set at a 45* angle. Also for bearded polish the wattles should be fairly small. The lacing should also carry through the tail.

Just some Polish I have growing out. Then this is just a mutt chick. 1/2 Tolbunt and 1/2 white. I love it's blue eyes!

Anyone else have problems with the Whites getting dirty? Thanks to a recent rainstorm, my poor chickens got drenched, but the good news is, my White Polish is now cleaner than ever!

I live in sand so they get a little yellow but not really dirty.

Do your Polish make weird noises? My polish, while still young, doesn't make normal chicken noises. I have a cochin chick roughly the same age, and she still makes little baby peeps, but my polish makes this sound that sounds more like a rodent noise. It's odd. Funny...but odd.

Well, the breeder I contacted didn't have any eggs available, so I won't able to get any polish for a long while.

OK...so i have a 3 month old polish. How can i tell if it is a rooster or a hen? I never had one before and this one was picked out by my 2.5 year old daughter. She loves it to death but no rooster at my house...so i need to figure out if he is going to be changed out or not. I will post pics if need be but was hoping someone might be able to tell me.
