My chickens are close!

I'm practically giddy! I candled them again today and one had pipped into the air gap, so I know that one is coming very, very soon!

One of the chicks isn't doing well.

It's slow, floppy, won't eat or drink.

It's content to just lay under the lamp and sleep. When I pick it up, it runs off my hand, then sits back down.

Any idea what's wrong?

BTW, it's the tiniest one of them all, if that makes a difference.....

I think he is failing to thrive. I'll give him/her another day, and if there is no improvement, I will cull it.

I held the chick for awhile earlier and it is also extremely light compared to the others. The others are also noticeably larger in size on day three, he's the same as day one.

The others are all little Roadrunners! It's like a Nascar Chick race in the Brooder!

***edit***

I have dipped it's beak in the waterer, so it does know where the water is. I have also placed a small pile of crumbles in front of it. No go there either.....

Ugh, It's like when my two human children were newborns! Worry over every-little-thing!!!

The chick is of unknown variety, so it's going to be a barnyard chick.
