First thing this morning, get up and check on the chick in the 'Bator.....


Still has some veins attached to the egg, but it doesn't appear to have blood flowing thru them....

It also appears to be quite sleepy. Is something wrong or this simply a tired chick? If I touch it, it cheeps loudly....

Well, the chick is now in the brooder with the others!!

Moving, cheeping, eating, drinking, pooping.

There was some blood in both eggs, but they seem healthy and are doing well!

Both the Quail and the chickens are in the brooder at the same time. It's funny to see the size difference between the two birds!

There are two chicks, both look identical. I have another set of "twins" now on the farm.
