I hear a duckling chirping and pecking inside egg

Ok - adding incubator to my list of must haves... I'm trying to let my girls hatch the three I have themselves but its sooo darn hot I'm worried - we're at day 19 now.

some take a long time, I had some do the same as this is my 1st time hatching them out my self and some hatched themselves out early with the yokes still to large. some made it some did not... 2 I have were premies very LARGE yokes and even thought they made it they are both handicapped. NOT trying to worry you. mother ducks will help them hatch out if they need it and seem to know. BUT sometimes NOT always either. I have some strange late ones hatch with still a yoke sack.
wait and keep listening and you can keep candling the egg to see if you can still see it moving as well inside. From all the advice I got I was told to leave them till I hear nothing and barely any sound or see nothing moving really. you can tap the egg then gently to see if it make a noise. but you should be able to just look at it and see it moving while its pecking to get out. Its really hard to determine WHEN to help sometimes. I have had to help a few as they where OUT as in the heads and stayed that way for hrs before I helped them. they turned out ok... they must have just been really tired. but they did not pip completely right either from what I looked up.
