I heard peeping last night before bed and this morning I was sure I would see a pip, but I don't see anything. How long does it take before they pip after you can hear them? I can hear it/them all the way from the back room. It/They can be really loud. Today is day 22 and only 2 hatched. One hatched Sunday just fine and the other one I had to help yesterday because it was "glued" in the shell. It is doing fine. I have been worried that the rest weren't going to hatch because it has been over 24-48 hours since the last two. There are 18 left in the incubator and I can't tell which one is peeping. Do I just keep waiting? Today is day 22.

what is the temperature and humidity level in your bator? I've heard you can't hear chicks that haven't pipped yet. take a very close look, there has got to be a crack of some kind somewhere. Is this your first time hatching eggs or using a bator?

its day 22 its not gonna be any longer if he was keeping track of his eggs. if he counted days wrong then there is a chance.

HOw is your humidity? Mine didn't hatch until day 24 under the mother hen. If your temps were a little low it could be longer. I just hope they are not to dried out from opening the bator up.

You CAN hear them before they pip. It means they have internally pipped into the airsac. They should pip within the next day or so, then give them at least a day to zip, and so on.

My temp has been 99.5 and the humidity has been 73-65 % since day 18. Is that ok? My humidity keeps going down. I don't want to open it but if my humidity goes down should I sneek a sponge in?

They might need humidity and temp a bit higher as they are sticking to their shells.
