I'm already working on breeding some with my Naked Neck's. I have a few egg's from my flock in my incubator, and plan to make a bigger sized dual-purpose that the hen's will lay large sized egg's. You can see some of the Naked Neck Aloha's here:

No, the comb won't grow back. Which is too bad... Though the frostbite actually worked in one of my rooster's favor! It helped him win photo contests!

Ok! Here he is, Chester:

Because of his breed (Silver Duckwing Old English Game bantam), he looked dubbed. Obviously, he still had his waddles and earlobes, but usually, when somebody is looking for dubbed, they look at the comb first. I still have his comb, some of his feathers, and one of his spurs. Chester was one of the best roosters I ever had.
