I just don't have the skills and need some advice on purchased coops

There are shed building books that are written for absolute noobs. Those will cover the basics of construction if you'd like to give it a go. Heck, you can probably get one at your local library and decide after looking through it whether you want to try. Remember that the chickens won't care if it's not PERFECT and there is a huge cost savings and sense of accomplishment to going DIY.
 
I think better thing is to look for free or pay for good plans for a coop. Good ones will have a cut list and material list. I am in the process of smoothing out plans for a small,6 bird coop. when I get it done it will be free plans with 10-15 2x4 and 4-5 sheets of plywood plus hw cloth. I still am designing it so I hope to build it in the next 30 days but it could be longer. I hope that will help the community here greatly. It is based on another members idea. And by building it it will insure that the cutlist and assembly goes smooth for others.

I'm in the same situation as you! I have absolutely NO experience building things, besides a little things like the kid's beds or entertainment centers.. This is the one I am going to be buying from Tractor Supply. I saw it in person and it's a good size. It says '15 chicken coop' but there's no way I'd put that many in there. I think it will be good for my 5! It looks easy to clean since you can take the bottom out of the coop, it has vents and roosts inside, and the nesting boxes are easy to get to from the outside.. I'm pretty sure I'm going to make a few little improvements though- I noticed there isn't a door where the ramp is and I'm going to attempt to make a bigger run attached to the side.

All of them do...I always look for the dimensions..... at least they clearly listed them, most don't.

The coop is about 5x3. Adequate for about 4 adult dual-purpose breed hens. The run is about 43 sq ft, so that gives just enough room for 4. Could have build something yourself that was much larger for that price tag.
