I have a rooster that my friend says is a silver seabright, , but if you look at the black tip feathers they have green not black so he also has blue slate colored legs and feet.... rose comb very flighty , and nervous... he is about 4 mos old here in this photo...

He looks like a Sebright to me. Also, green shine on black feathers is very common.

That's a silver laced seabright. Pretty much all birds that are black have a green or purple sheen in the light.
