I was not given any directions, just "let me know what would be a good time to call" it was NOT a good time to call when I didn't have a voice and I didn't yet know when one would be so I waited until I knew I could talk. That felt like the most responsible thing to do.
It was NOT a specific "call me at 2:00" type thing. Believe me, I thought about HOW I was possibly even gonna be able to talk to that lady all weekend long. I seriously COULD NOT talk.
I always dress up when I go out to apply.
I showed up 15 minutes early.
I called 2 days after the interview.
Now I'm just
mad because I had to get sick at the worst possible time and I just feel like it was out of my control. I tried. What am I supposed to learn from this - don't get sick???? Call people and try to make a good impression while you can barely talk and you're hacking up mucus?
As if being sick for 4 days wasn't already bad enough
