A woman in Kentucky, I believe she was a teacher, had an accident which killed a man while driving under the influence. She was convicted and sent to prison, but got out about a month later on shock probation. She broke her probation by crossing the state line (said she didn't realize she was crossing the state line when she crossed the Ohio River - yeah, right! and she has a masters degree) She was picked up again for DUI. The victim's family were understandably upset and the judge basically told them "he's dead, get over it". I know you aren't supposed to wish ill for others, but I admit that I hope she drives drunk one more time and hits the judge, leaving him a quadraplegic so he can think about his decision.
