That sounds great , the only thing you could have added was the employees description and the time you were in the store so they could see which employee it was. But, if its a small store and not a chain they will probably already know.

this happened to me when i was younger my sister and i went to farm and fleet with our dad and my sister and i were just talking and this old croon comes and yells at us and says practically they same thing to us.
