Agreed- I think that games are possibly the worst roosters to put a crow collar on.

I think putting a collar on any rooster is ridiculously selfish on the part of the *rooster wanter* with no regard for the rooster at all. Putting one on a gamecock is the worst idea I’ve seen on here in awhile.

That it is. Dubbing was originally done for fighting purposes. People just love to throw it around for some reason. Just because a rooster is dubbed doesn’t mean it’s ever been used or the owner has any intention of doing anything illegal with the bird.

In my experience game fowl roosters have been the least human aggressive birds that I have dealt with. For readily understandable reasons man fighters have been stringently selected against in breeding programs.
