I know this is crazy but, Seramas?

i don't know of any hatchery that sells serama. they aren't apa approved so it's usually hard to find them at a show. there are several reputable breeders on byc. do a search on the byc sell trade buy and you'll find them. i sell my eggs and birds on craigslist so you might get lucky and find some there.

even though serama's may have chabo's in their blood, i personally wouldn't buy serama's listed under japanese bantams. especially since seramas are malaysian. if you're going to go that route, it would be wiser to get a D class serama from jerry in lousiana for free.

Thanks! I will check that out. I know it will be hard to find at shows but I know of a few breeders who attend that may *possibly* have some.

I will check the Byc sell/trade and craiglist! Thanks!

You have BEAUTIFUL birds! I have always wanted some Japanese. So if I cannot find my Seramas I may just get a pair of Japanese instead. What variety do you recommend?

Well the Seramas are very expencive for good ones and I think Japs are prettier I would reccomend the Japs and plus they go broody and lay about every day Seramas dont lay many and fertility rate is low too.

I am looking in WA too

If I do get more seramas than I actually want ( I want to end up with a trio) then maybe I can help you out-- but I am a long way from that point since I have not gotten any yet

I have seramas for sale! I live in Chelan, Wa,but I will drive if someone in Wa is willing to meet me halfway or if I am going to be in your area.I don't have any adults right now,but I have chicks.
