The white thing on the egg is the part that holds the yolk to the egg white it is called chalaza.

I agree with the advice everyone is giving you. You need to take care of the chickens you have first, get them the right food and git rid of the mites. If your hen starts laying you might enjoy that so much you forget about trying to hatch an egg.
If you get all that taken care of and still want to hatch an egg. You need to be prepared first before buying it. You need to have all the stuff to take care of a hatching egg and then stuff to take care of a chick if it were to hatch.
No egg, not even any bird egg, can hatch on its own. They all need heat and humidity at the right levels.
You could some day build your own incubator for just a little money, but you need to research it first and get all the parts together and build it and test it before you ever buy an egg to put in it.
