What particular model is the one you are getting?

Mine is the Brinsea Octagaon Adance EX with automatic humidity pump. It has been running since yesterday without a hitch. I am going to be setting eggs in it tomorrow. Brinsea is just sending me a new top so when it comes I'll move the eggs for a couple of hours into the Hovabator while the new top heat up, then move them back into the Brinsea. Then I'll send the damaged top back. It shipped out UPS today.

I read your post when you got the broken one and i thought how heart breaking. and to boot you had eggs ready to put in.

I'm so happy for you that they are taking care of you, and for that amount of money you spent they should

on a successful hatch
