I've only ordered from Ideal once, and somehow my order ended up in the wrong city! Ideal had the correct zip, but whatever company sends their turkeys messed it up. So, I had to drive almost 300 miles roundtrip to pick them up! The first person I spoke to really didn't seem to care that it took me 5 hours and 300 miles to get them! Plus, it took them 3 days to end up in the wrong city and she tried to place blame on the post office! She said all they would do is replace the ones that died. Well, 50% of them died! Luckily, I spoke to a different person when I called back to report my losses. At first, she told me that I'd have to order more to get to their minimum. However, by the end of the conversation, they agreed to cover the difference to make up for the mess. My new batch should be arriving this week, so we'll see how this goes!
