I purchased a couple of chicks from the feed store today, and one of them was labeled as a Polish.
But, I kinda think it is something else.
I will post a pic later, but for now will describe it
It is mostly white with some yellow on chest and shoulders which looks like it will go away.
there is the fluffy head feathers going on, BUT, there are also feathers on the feet!
And it has 5 toes.
So I am guessing either a mix or a sultan?
The other is a golden sebright bantam. (I think)
I am hoping both of these turn out to be hens!
My supposed barred rock which may be a cochin has been making crowing sounds.
I am giving her to a friend tomorrow.
If it turns out to be a rooster he can stay there since she lives in farm country!
I will post a pic of the white chick tomorrow!
