I Need Confirmation. Cockerel?

This is one of those times in life I just need someone else to say that what I think is true, is true, even if I don't want it to be true
This chicken is four months old (18 weeks)
It is from a Barred Rock hen and an Ameraucana (BBS) rooster

If it is male, it's not part of our breeding plan and I am not wanting to feed an unneeded chicken over the winter. We have three roosters already and that is plenty for our flock.

So is Clementine's baby really a cockerel? What do you think?

If the father was not barred then that's a sexlinked cross and he has to be male.
