I need help. Someone is stalking my chickens

Then they claimed my BFFs Irish Wolfhound killed a bird. First, I know if that Irish Wolfhound jumped that fence, a LOT more than one bird would be dead. And 2nd, they deserve it for not electrifying the fence and making it taller!
If the dog jumed the fence and killed their birds they did not deserve it. They can do what ever the heck they want with their birds. And if I was them and I found you dog in my pen... SSS.

Hes kind of our neighborhood owl.i have had lived in the same house for years. And had chickens for 5 he has never killed my chickens. I think ita cause we have feed him. Ik think the reason why he was looking at are chickens is because everyone stopped feeding him.

Owls will also catch rodents, so there’s beneficial properties of such a neighbor!
A large area can be set up for the chickens to roam more safely. I use bird netting or deer netting. It’s easy to manipulate. Posts are white fiberglass electric fencing stakes. A couple of pvc 20’ hoops lifts the top.
Best to you!

We live in the burbs and have 6 chickens we let free range all day in our large fenced in yard. We have woods on the back and side of yard with lot's of owls, hawks, fox and coyote that we've seen outside of our fence, after being alerted by the dogs. We continue to let them free range, most of the time one of our dogs is out in the yard with them. I'm not sure if we're just lucky, stupid or if it's the fence, but we haven't lost a chicken yet in almost 2 years. Along with the dogs, the hens have many bushes and places to hide during the day and we lock them up secure in their coop at night.
