I need help with one of my chickens! Its sick :(

I have noticed that the eye of one of my chickens is almost completely closed and it also looks like its crying from it! She is 5 months old and I don't know what to do pls help!

Flush the eye with saline eye wash or squirt lubricating eye drops in the eye to flush out any dirt. Do this two time a day. See if your feed store has Terramycin antibiotic eye ointment. Use a little bit in the eye once a day along with the flushes until the eye is better.
