I need help

New to incubating bunch of chicks hatched 3 days ago this little guy started popping out 2 days ago and has made no progress membrane is dry and brown dont know if i should help this is what he looks like now

YAY!!!! so glad! Sometimes the egg gets dried out and makes it hard for them to hatch

He is doing well I hope

Awesome! Sometimes its hard to get them out safely when they have dried out a bit. I've had to use a damp paper towel a few times to help get the membrane off.
