I need help

I don't have a clue what I'm doin, I've raised chickens b4 but never in an EQ, my sister gave me 8 eggs we did the math on when she thought, we came up with the 18th, well guess what ,I've got chicks, 1st one hatched yesterday, it got caught in the roller tray ,2nd one just hatched an hr or so ago , my question is, wwhen do I switch trays , I could use all the help I can get, thank you
