Hey guys I really need help !!! An animal ate all are baby chicks tonight one of them was able to escape when we got outside it was to late for the others and the hens
There is one left and one baby chick
They were all terrified and the baby chick was all alone she left to the grass to sleep so I brought her inside since it is cold and don’t want her to die
But what should I do!! Do I take her outside in the morning or should I raise her ( the hen that was left isn’t the loving kind she broke her own eggs ) I really hope some one can help me and tell me what I can do to help this pore baby chick I don’t know the first thing of raising them inside !!

I need help my last post explained what happened but my dog recently got fleas and I just saw one jumó on the baby chick what should I do ?!?

dont know how old the chick is?
You can make a temporary brooder from cardboard box. Use a heat lamp, I prefer a incandescent bulb. incandescent bulb (not LED) like a 60 watt does not put out as much heat, but uses less electricity. A chick can move in out of heat to regulate its own body temp.
Food and Water and some type bedding if you have it.
If the animal was into your coop it will be back.

Oh ok, 4 weeks isn't as bad. If it was a newborn it would definitely need more heat and extra TLC.

It could still do with heat especially if it's chilly and it only just got separated from the rest of it's family, but a regular light bulb might be enough for that and it won't need it for too much longer, provided it's decently feathered out.
