I need Help!....

I've lost 2 Hens in a week...They're fine one day and dead the next....Their vent is very large and today I found one with an egg still inside her but with just the Yoke, no shell....

I would look up egg bound hens and internal laying in the search engin to see if these issues could be your problem. I have no experience with these, but know that a warm bath helps with egg bound, helps to relax the pelvic muscles to move the egg and you can lub her vent with olive oil also, can you feel an egg in her abdomen? have you been getting eggs lately?
