Hi Brian!! Glad you got that much needed rest last night. Other than the headache i'm also glad you are doing better.

Would have been on sooner but had to take care of a mother and kid. They are both in the barn in a kidding pen. This one makes #10 for us.

Are you on any kind of diet or are allowed to eat anything you want only in moderation? Just curious.

I am on a low fat low chlolesterhol diet, (have been since September) and now they want to me to add more fiber to my diet.
