It's a Dominique, and without a clear body shot of hackle and saddle feathers, I'm not sure of gender, but think she's an early developoing pullet. Do not get rid of "her" until she crows.

Thank you all for this post. We have been wondering about one of our barred rock chicks. They are only ten weeks old, so don't really have combs, just bumps on their heads. Ruthie has a higher forehead and chases the others around to take their snacks. We've wondered whether we should change her name to Rudy. From what you've said, she's still Ruthie. Her coloring is exactly the same as the others. She just looks different.
