I need to know what I'm doing wrong...

Pics
Thanks, but the "pip" hasn't shown any progress, should I be worrying?
You should probably not be worrying.
Chicks need to absorb the entire yolk before they hatch. They can pip, and then sit there for what feels like forever (24 hours or so), and we don't see them doing anything-- but they spend a lot of that time absorbing the yolk.

Today is still day 19 should I wait a day more? I'm very worried currently.
Chickens most often hatch on day 21. That means they are out of the shell on day 21, but they certainly can pip earlier than that.

Here's an article about assisting chicks that need help:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/

Here is one quote from that article:
"If the chick is making yawning or eating motions, it's still absorbing the yolk. Leave it alone for now. Ducklings especially take a long time to absorb everything. If your duckling is yawning or chewing, let it be, it's not ready."

(I do not have experience with assisting chicks, but the article tells everything you might need to know-- including when to help and how to help.)

How do I see if the chick is doing those movements? I have bantam eggs and some people reported hatching on day 18, and 19 (today). Thanks for the article too!

Yes, since they are bantams they could hatch early. I had missed that bit.

I assume the article is talking about being able to see the beak through the hole in the shell.

I'm afraid I don't know much about assisted hatching-- but I've seen way too many threads from people who tried to help to early, and then posted to ask for advice about the problems they had caused (chicks bleeding and/or out of the shell with the yolk not fully absorbed.) So that's why I advise being patient, and reading the article that is written by someone who does have plenty of experience :)

Actually, I have VERY Good News!!! I see an actual pip on an egg, I want to get a pic for you guys, but my camera can't see that angle because then it will be too blurry.

Sorry for thinking too much about pipping and everything. First time hatching is really intense and scary. The "pip" I talked about a day or two ago, probably fake. Sorry. I hope I didn't cause any trouble for anyone.
All of us that hatch eggs were FIRST TIMERS once, you're not a bother to us. We're happy to help you through this.

Yay!
I did my first hatch about a year ago. I didn’t sleep for 48 hours I was so worried about the little ones. It didn’t help that I did have a chick that needed assistance either. Now I’ve somehow convinced myself that I want to do another hatch lol. I’m hoping it will be easier this time.
