by the pics, the two brown ones are BBR OEGBs and in the second and forth pic the white chick on the right looks really heavy looking so idk what that one is and the other white could possibly be a red pyle oegb, that is what mine looked like as a chick

I love the idea of using a swimming pool as a brooder. That would definitely keep the mess to a minimum.

Yes, the swimming pool brooder is pretty nice. It's easy to clean and store. The only down side is that the chicks can be hard to herd and catch.

They can run faster , and snag up the babies but you could always use treats to lure them in my chicks are suckers for treats.
Also every when you offer treats tap on the side of the pool or plastic tub and say chick chick chick , after you repeat this every day for a week
they associate you with food and just by walking in the same room they will begin to run over each other just to get to you.
